Having trouble with an integration?

Integrations are complex and sometimes you may need to refresh the authentication to ensure it continues working as you expect.

Is your integration not working?

All of our integrations use the most secure authentication to ensure the safety of your data.

What this means is we rely on tokens called refresh tokens, if you haven't used the app in a while they can sometimes expire meaning we won't be able to connect to external systems.

If you get an error with any of your integrations for example attempting to publish invoices to Xero, we recommend trying to refresh your authentication token.

Great so how do I do that?

We have made it super easy to refresh your token, simply navigate to the Integrations view by selecting "Integrations" in the menu.

Now find the integration that you would like to refresh and select the relevant action menu.

Now just hit "Refresh integration" and follow the authentication flow.
