Our seamless Xero integration allows you to directly sync invoices and payruns as well as automatically setup employees after onboarding.
If you use Xero for your accounting you'll be excited to know we offer native integration with Xero. Unlike a lot of our competitors, we integrate directly using their API.
Ignoring the technical talk what this means is that there is zero exporting or importing of data and the relevant data is automatically synced between your Recruithero and your Xero accounts.
This saves you time and ensures your data is correct in both systems with no opportunity for data entry.
We also allow you to create a new Xero customer if it doesn't already exist, simply toggle the "Would you like to add this client to Xero?" switch input and hit update client.
Navigate to the "Integrations" view using the menu, then select the "Setup new integration" action button.
Once the create integration modal is open, select "Xero", this will take you to the Xero setup view.
From there just select "Connect to Xero", which will take you to the Xero authentication page. Simply enter your details and select the organisation you would like to link.
Congratulations! You will now be taken back to Recruithero and your connection will be ready to go.
Now that your Xero account is connected the first thing we need to do is link one of your clients to a customer in Xero. This will allow us to create invoices for the correct customer.
To link an existing client, open the edit client form and you will see a new field with the Xero logo. Check out our guide on editing a client: Edit client guide.
If you begin typing you will see a list of your Xero customers, simply select the customer you would like to link and select "Update client".
