Getting started with JobAdder

We are always excited to work with the best companies in the recruitment space to be able to bring more value to our users. JobAdder is one of the partners we were excited to bring on board to allow users to directly sync placed contracts from JobAdder into Recruithero.

The best part is we do all the work for you behind the scenes, simply set up the integration then anytime a contract is set to the "Placed" status it will sync into Recruithero as a draft contract. Meaning no manual work copy-pasting data from one system to the next.

Setup JobAdder integration

To get started you will need your JobAdder login details handy.

Now simply navigate to the "Integrations" view using the menu, then select the "Setup new integration" action button.

Once the create integration modal is open, select "JobAdder", which will navigate you to the JobAdder setup screen.

From there just select "Connect to JobAdder", which will take you to the JobAdder authentication page. Simply enter your details and hit "Accept" which will allow us to connect directly to your JobAdder.

Congratulations! You will now be taken back to Recruithero and your connection will be ready to go

That's great but what now?

Next we need to connect our clients to their respective company in JobAdder, this will allow us to automatically link the clients when a contract syncs through to Recruithero.

Simply head over to the client you need to link and, select "Link" underneath the JobAdder client title.

How do I now sync a contract from JobAdder?

Now just continue using JobAdder as you were when you "Place" a candidate they will be automatically created as a contract within a few minutes.

After a few minutes head over to the "Draft contracts" view and refresh, now you should now see the new contractor ready to be published.

Pro tip

To ensure that we have all the data we need and you have an opportunity to review the contract details nothing is sent out to the contractor until you publish the contract. In the meantime we just save it as a draft which you can edit.

How do I edit and publish the contract?

It's easy and we have already written a quick guide to help you out; check-out out our guide for editing and publishing draft contracts.
