After a contractor has completed their onboarding you are able to view any necessary payroll details that were entered.
Once a contractor has completed their onboarding we make their details available to you in Recruithero. Importantly these details will only be available to admins and they are stored with us encrypted.
Simply start by navigating to the selected contractor and in the action menu hit 'Employee details'. What details are available will be conditional based on what onboarding steps were enabled.
It may be confusing at first because the values will be missing, this is because we store them encrypted and also store access logs to audit who views the details.
To see the details you are after simply scroll to the relevant section and hit the 'Eye icon', this will reveal the details in the respective section and store a log that you viewed them.
This helps us ensure integrity in the system and protect contractors personal data.
